Boo at the Zoo is held each October at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C. Sanctuary Sam attended with 20,000 other zoo fans!
Sam attended the Reading is Fundamental spelling bee held at Macy's in Pentagon City.
Lots of hands-on exhibits for the children and Sam was there to assist and spread the Sanctuary message.
Sam joined in on Character Day at the Baltimore Aquarium. Sam was hugged, kissed, and had his picture taken with lots of kids!
This dinner was attended by 2000 parents, spouses and children to honor and celebrate a loved one who gave their life fighting in support of our great country. It was a heartwarming event to Sam and he was honored to have been asked to participate.
