I will continue to look for ways to reduce my carbon footprint by reducing the amount of water I consume, the amount of plastic I buy and use, and the miles I travel by car. I will also continue to educate myself about the issues facing our ocean and reaching out to educate others. -Shannon
I will remember to take my reusable bags to the store. I will also continue to educate the unaware, friends, family, and decision-makers about the many ways to reduce their impacts. -Rosalyn
I will continue to educate my students about the wonders of the oceans and what they can do to help protect them. I bring my own plate, bowl and mug to work so I don't use the styrafoam dishes they provide. I bring my own plastic container to restaurants for my left overs. I take my students to the beach clean up day every year.
